PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a floating prevention construction for an underground structure, which can prevent buoyancy applied to the structure and deformation of the same accompanying the buoyancy. SOLUTION: A peripheral wall of the underground structure has bored therein a plurality of recesses and through holes communicating with the same, and an inner pipe is arranged in each recess and the through hole communicating with the same, followed by attaching a water collecting pipe to a front end of the inner pipe. Further the inner pipe is fixed to the structure via a water cutoff material and an outer pipe, and the recess is sealed with a water cutoff band, followed by setting a drain pressure adjusting device at a rear end of the inner pipe.
