PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seal a seal part while a chemical liquid being easily switched in a pressurized state in a nozzle switching valve apparatus so as to switch and introduce a chemical liquid fed to a blowing pipe to a desirable selected nozzle. SOLUTION: A boom multihead blowing pipe A is divided into a connecting part 1 and a blowing head part 2. A shaft tube part 11 projecting toward the blowing head part 2 is installed in the connecting part 1 and a notching part 5 is formed on a part of the peripheral surface of the shaft tube part 11 to open an opening 50 on its bottom surface. A sheet 7 of which the outer surface side is of an arc shape is fitted in the notching part 5 through an O ring 71 and a transparent opening 70 is opened at a portion facing the opening 50 of the sheet 7. An opening 21 leading to a nozzle connecting opening 20 on its inner peripheral wall is opened circumferentially in parallel in the blowing head part 2.
