PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that sheets and bedding covers manufactured by the conventional art have no structure specialized to secure the systemic blood flow, and the sheets and bedding covers have no structural consideration to an improvement desired by persons suffering from the discomfort, sleep deficit and lowering of fatigue recovery caused by the lowering of the blood flow during sleep. SOLUTION: This sheet or a bedding cover having a corrugated or recessed/projecting structure secures the blood flow in a non-weighting space and activates the metabolism to improve the discomfort, the sleep deficit and the lowering of the fatigue recovery caused by the lowering of the blood flow during sleep.
