The invention provides a swivel coupler (10), for connecting a pool cleaner operatively to a flexible hose. The coupler (10) includes two open ended tubular members (16, 18) arranged in end-to-end axially aligned relationship. A collar member (24) retains the tubular members (16, 18) and connects the tubular members together in a manner which permits relative rotation of the tubular members about an axis (20) and inhibits excessive relative axial displacement. A plurality of ball bearing elements (42) is arranged between opposed faces of the tubular members (16, 18). |
