[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Composite substrate (1) comprises first substrate (2) for mounting of a functional element and, joined thereto by fusion bonding, second substrate (3) of a glass ceramic sintered body. A crystallized glass lies at the interface of the first substrate (2) and the second substrate (3).
