A millimeter wave visualizing system and method are provided to narrow the beam width of an antenna which receives millimeter wave signals by using a lens antenna so as to form more distinct images. A millimeter wave visualizing system includes a lens antenna(100) for receiving a millimeter wave signal emitted from at least one external object, a driver(140) having a motor for rotating the lens antenna, an image processor(150) for processing the millimeter wave signal received through the lens antenna into a millimeter wave image, and a controller(160) for controlling the driver to rotate the lens antenna according to a predetermined rotation rule and processing the millimeter wave signal into the millimeter wave image through the image processor.
