<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make the display specifications of the state of a peripheral device suitable for the current state of the peripheral device. <P>SOLUTION: A system control part 15 trap-receives a fault code, and transmits it to a control panel control part 13. The control panel control part 13 acquires the display setting data (priority, image data) of the fault code from a setting file, and displays failure/warning in a display order corresponding to the priority.
