<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-pump combination improved to reduce the operation noise and friction by a simple means. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a motor-pump combination comprising a motor 1 and a piston pump 2, especially for electrically controlled motor vehicle braking systems. The pistons 3 of the pump 2 can be driven by an eccentric 4 that is connected to a shaft 10 of the motor 1 and are connected by means of a coupling ring 5. The motor 1 has a holding plate 6. According to the invention, a projection 7 which extends into the area of movement of the coupling ring 5 is provided on the holding plate 6.
