<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pack that is sufficiently adaptable to various physical shapes. <P>SOLUTION: The device is a disposable type heat pack having an integrated structure. It includes (a) at least one continuous layer of semi-rigid material, having a tensile strength of 0.7 g/mm<SP>2</SP>or more at temperature of 25°C, and at least two-direction drapes, which becomes flexible when heated, where tensile strength at temperatures higher than 35°C is substantially smaller than the tensile strength of the material at 25°C, and (b) a number of separate heat cells disposed at an interval, where they are fixed in the integrated structure of the heat pack, or fixed to the continuous layer of the semi-rigid material.
