PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of hardly dislocating a light-transmitting panel from a frame and easily mounting again on a frame when the light-transmitting panel is dislocated. SOLUTION: The frame 2 in the lighting fixture includes a first frame 3 having a first fitting section 30a and a second fitting section 31a having each cross-sectioned approximate U-shape in which end sections of respective side pieces 30, 31 are curved inwardly along the longitudinal direction, a holding metal fitting 5 having a first holding piece 50 and a second holding piece 51 in which side faces of respective light-transmitting panels 1a, 1b are held between respective side pieces 30, 31, and a second elongated frame 4 having a first contact piece 40 and a second contact piece 41 which are respectively brought into contact with the ends of the light-transmitting panels 1a, 1b. Groove sections 6 having a width dimension not smaller than a thickness dimension of the light-transmitting panels 1a, 1b and inserting the ends of the light-transmitting panels 1a, 1b are formed among respective fitting sections 30a, 31a, respective contact pieces 40, 41, and respective holding pieces 50, 51.
