PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding which can mold a molded article with high precision, a method of manufacturing a molded article, and a molding apparatus. SOLUTION: The molded article such as a lens array, a mold for nano imprints or the like is molded by the method of molding. The method of molding comprises: repeating plural times of a transfer process including: a transformation step of making a photohardening resin and transfer bodies (62) provided with transfer configuration areas consisting of the same configuration with a lens part (312) or the opposite configuration with the lens part (312) contact together to thereby transform the photohardening resin in conformity with the transfer configurations of the transfer bodies (62); a hardening step of hardening at least the transformed areas of the transformed photohardening resin; and a departing step of making the hardened photohardening resin and the transfer members depart from each other; and uniting with the contraction of the photohardening resin and changing the pitch of a position where the transfer bodies (62) contact the photohardening resin or the configuration of the transfer bodies (62).
