PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a vehicle body inclination angle in turning by few input signals. SOLUTION: This inclination angle detection device is provided with a turning radius calculating part 6 for calculating a turning radius rs corresponding to a steering angleθs based on an actually measured value map for setting a relation between the steering angleθs and the turning radius rs, and a stationary inclination angle calculating part 8 for determining a vehicle body inclination angleθbs in stationary turning based on the turning radius rs and vehicle speed v. The inclination angle detection device is provided with a transition inclination calculating part 14 for determining a transition inclination angleθbd by correcting the vehicle body inclination angleθbs by a transition turning radius rd determined by the steering angleθs and change amountΔθs of the steering angleθs, if the change amountΔθs is a prescribed value K or more, and a correction transition inclination angle calculating part 11 for calculating a lateral G (gravity) correction transition inclination angle based on a change of lateral G, when the change amountΔθs is smaller than the prescribed value K.
