PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a publication place for content such as an advertisement distributed by a content distribution network. SOLUTION: The content distribution device is provided with a code provision means providing a code, which has functions for acquiring information of a server device as an acquisition source of page content and assigning content included in the page content, while adding a verification signature in response to access from a client terminal via a communication tag included in the page content acquired from another server device, a code verification means verifying whether a code activating access by the signature added in the access is authorized one or not in response to content assignment access by the code from the client terminal, a server verification means verifying whether content provision is allowed or not by information of the server device as the acquisition source of the page content added in the access, and a content provision means providing the content to be assigned to the client terminal.
