PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a PCI data transfer apparatus capable of verifying the limit of transfer processing in a competition state in which the largest load is applied to hardware, ascertaining an optimum value of retry time and shortening total processing time. SOLUTION: The PCI data transfer apparatus for transmitting/receiving data among a plurality of PCI devices through a PCI bus is provided with a synchronization control part for generating a competition state of transfer timing of respective PCI devices and finding out the optimum value of the retry time to control the transfer timing.
