PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product reducing the usage of a mold shaping material, easily manufactured, and dealing with a resin core material, in a weather strip mounted on a body flange of an automobile and having the core material embedded therein. SOLUTION: The weather-strip comprises: a substantially U-shaped mounting base 2; and a seal part 3. The weather-strip has an endless state formed by mutually connecting, at a mold shaping part, ends of an extrusion molding part E, in which the core material 4 is embedded which is formed by combining, at a combining part 6, a horizontal wall 5a of multiple U-shaped parts 5 in which a vertical wall 5b is mounted in conjunction at both ends of the horizontal wall 5a. The wall thickness of the mold shaping part in a longitudinal direction is 10 mm or less to be a thin molding part 7. Further, the weather-strip has, on an outer surface or/and an inner surface of a bottom wall part 2a, a cut line 8 in which the bottom wall part 2a is cut in a substantially Z shape, a substantially U-shape, or a substantially H shape at a predetermined part, and the core material 4 embedded in the mounting base 2 is separated by continuously disconnecting the horizontal wall 5a of the U shaped part 5 and the combination part 6, or only the horizontal wall 5a or only the combination part 6.
