PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment/detachment work of a power source device 50 to a case 20, while preventing illegal action to the power source device 50. SOLUTION: The power source device 50 includes a connection terminal part 51 on an upper surface. The power source device 50 is placed on a bottom plate 21, with its back surface abutting on a back plate 24, and one side surface abutted with one side plate 23. A power source holder 100 comprises a fixed part 110 fixed to the case 20, a cover part 120 to cover the connection terminal part 51 from above, and a lock part 130 to lock the power source device 50. The power source holder 100 is set with its lower surface abutting on the upper surface of the power source device 50 as the fixed part 110 is fixed to the case 20.
