PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligating device of a biological tissue capable of holding the gripping condition of a tissue without loosening the gripping condition of a clip. SOLUTION: A case accommodates a clip unit 1 for ligating the biological tissue having the clip 2 gripping the biological tissue, a fastening member 4 closing the arms by fitting around the clip 2, a coupling member 3 insertable into the fastening member 4 and engaging with the clip 2 and has a case body having an accommodating portion accommodating the clip unit 1, an inserting portion arranged in the case body and inserting an introduction tube 5 connected to the coupling member 3, and a pressedly squeezing portion arranged in the case body and securing the introduction tube 5 to the case body by pressedly squeezing the introduction tube 5 inserted into the inserting section.
