PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frying cooker capable of more easily performing a frying work to shake a frying pan forward and backward for preventing a fried article from jumping out. SOLUTION: This invention is the frying cooker including the frying pan 2 having a heating vessel 4 for heating the fried article and a support frame 3 for supporting the heating vessel 4 of this frying pan 2 so as to be movable forward and backward. In the heating vessel 4, a pair of hooking flanges 9, 9 protruding horizontally outward from the right and left side edges is provided in the heating vessel 4. In the support frame 2, a pair of inclined right and left arms 10, 10, which can slidably hook the respective hooking flanges 9, 9 and are inclined so as to gradually rise in height as going forward is provided.
