PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump proportioning apparatus which can be used for a portable pump, and to enable a fire extinguishing agent to be mixed with fire extinguishing water even for the portable pump. SOLUTION: This pump proportioning apparatus pp is attached to/detached from the portable pump for which a suction port is installed on the primary side of the pump, and a discharging port is installed on the secondary side. The pump proportioning apparatus pp is equipped with a suction port joint 4, a discharging port joint 1, a pump proportioning main body 2, a driving water hose 9, an opening/closing flow rate adjusting cock, and a pick-up tube. In this case, a proportioning apparatus connecting section 4d is installed at the suction port joint 4. On the discharging port joint 1, an inlet side hose attaching section 10a having a driving water opening/closing cock 10 is projected. The pump proportioning main body 2 is connected with the proportioning apparatus connecting section 4d, and is equipped with an outlet side hose attaching section 2b, and a cock connecting section 5. One end of the driving water hose 9 is connected with the inlet side hose attaching section 10a, and the other end of which is connected with the outlet side hose attaching section 2b. The opening/closing flow rate adjusting cock is connected with the cock connecting section 5. The pick-up tube communicates with the opening/closing flow rate adjusting cock.
