PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device capable of being easily detached from a blood collection part by easily releasing the suction of a pressure-reducer, capable of preventing increase of the quantity of collected blood and relieving the puncture burden. SOLUTION: The puncture device 100 has a sucker made of an elastic material on the front end face of a puncture device body having a puncture tool. The puncture device 100 is composed of a shaft part 19, a suction part 21 and a suction releasing means 31. The shaft part 19 has a through hole 23 bored in the axial direction for inserting the puncture tool 100. The suction part 21 is connected to the distal end of the shaft part 19, and the front face of the suction part is formed as a concavity 21a. A sample collection port 25 communicating with the through hole 23 to allow the puncture tool N to project is bored at the center of the concavity 21a. The suction releasing means 31 opens the interior of the concavity, decompressed to the negative pressure as the front face is closed, to the atmospheric air. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
