PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel structure capable of measuring a qualitative distribution of a concentration on a vertical section of a microchannel, and to provide a manufacturing method of the microchannel structure. SOLUTION: In this microchannel structure 1 equipped with the microchannel S, at least two or more electrodes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 are formed in the exposed state in the microchannel, on an upper wall part A, a lower wall part B, a left wall part C and a right wall part D, respectively constituting the microchannel S on a vertical section which is orthogonal to the direction of the microchannel S.
