PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding cassette capable of ensuring high operability while realizing space-saving. SOLUTION: The paper feeding cassette is provided with a paper stacking plate attachable/detachable relative to a storage part formed on an image forming device body and pivotable around a fulcrum; a movable cursor 33 for aligning the paper stacked on the paper stacking plate; and a cursor lever 34 having a lock part (lock claw 34b) for locking movement of the cursor 33. Lock of the cursor 33 is released by inclining the cursor lever 34 in a movement direction of the cursor 33, the fulcrum 34a of the cursor lever 34 is arranged in a space S between the cursor 33 and a bottom surface of the paper feeding cassette, and the distance S from the fulcrum 34a to the lock part (lock claw 34b) is set approximately equal to the distance Y from the lock part (lock claw 34b) to an operation part 34c.
