PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking assistant device easily and quickly moving or rotating a target parking frame. SOLUTION: The parking assistant device 10 is provided with a target parking position setting means for setting a vehicle to a target parking position to be parked according to a position of the target parking frame S displayed on an actual image for projecting a periphery of the vehicle, and guides to the target parking position set by the target parking position setting means. The parking position setting means can set the target parking position to a coordinate point directly touch-operated on a touch display, and makes the coordinate point as a rotation center of the target parking frame S.
