The system (1) has a x-ray detection system calibrated for a set of x-ray producing systems (10) and for a set of imaging systems. A solid detector system, a X-ray film system, a X-ray memory film system or a x-ray image amplifier system is utilized as the x-ray detection system. The system is distributed in a set of x-ray space and is applied for a set of operators. An independent claim is also included for a method for calibrating a x-ray detection system and an automatic illumination system with a x-ray system.
