A catalyst supplying method is provided to prevent catalyst particle from being coated onto a domain in which does not desire by spraying the catalyst particle of transferred metal using magnetism and supplying the catalyst particle to outside. A catalyst supplying method contains: providing catalyst particle inside a container; providing magnetism and laminating the catalyst particle provided to the inside of the container at set location of a vessel floor; adding vibration to the container and spraying the catalyst particle on a floor side of an instrument to which the magnetism acts; and supplying the catalyst particle coated onto to the container to the reaction chamber for progressing a process by using the catalyst particle. A step for providing the catalyst particle is provided by filtering the catalyst particle through a distribution network having a mesh structure. |
