A system and a method for offering value information of each display frequency as well as offering AD(Advertisement), and a recording medium thereof are provided to induce active purchase action of a customer and offer discriminate value according to the display frequency corresponding to AD provision through a website in a context AD providing process. A customer terminal(393) is equipped with a predetermined web browser. A web server(140) operates a website provided to the customer terminal through the network. An AD server provides AD to the customer terminal and issues value to a value receiver(395) of a customer by linking with the web server.
