A floor heating structure is provided to reduce the amount of radiated electromagnetic wave whereby an electromagnetic wave shielding layer is formed on the top surface of the floor plate. A floor heating structure comprises an antenna wire(39) arranged in the bottom side of a floor plate(11a) containing electric-arc-furnace oxidizing slag, an electromagnetic wave shielding layer made with metal net formed on the upper side of the floor plate, and an electromagnetic wave output device(50) connected to the antenna wire. When the electromagnetic wave output device is driven and the electromagnetic wave is irradiated from the antenna wire, electromagnetic wave is transformed to heat energy to the electric-arc-furnace oxidizing slag of the floor plate so that the floor plate is heated and a floor surface(X) becomes warm. |
