<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce EMI caused by a common mode noise arising from a power source of a semiconductor circuit and a ground terminal, in a printed circuit board having the semiconductor integrated circuit mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: A power source terminal 104 and a ground terminal 105 of a semiconductor integrated circuit 102 are connected to a conductor pattern 114 through capacitors 113 and 115 respectively. A plane conductor 109 connected neither to a ground plane 107 nor to a power source plane 108 is provided, and the conductor pattern 114 is connected to the plane conductor 109 through a filter 116. The common mode noise arising from the power source and ground terminals 104 and 105 is confined in the plane conductor 109, whereby the common mode noise flowing to the ground and the power source of the printed circuit board 103 relatively acting as an antenna is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
