PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing display device and its processing program capable of executing an easy and objective diagnosis by providing wide-range images of a subject, providing high resolution images of substantial parts, and integrally displaying the images. SOLUTION: This medical image processing display device is provided with: a first image data acquisition means for previously acquiring first image data of the subject within a first area based on a first display space coordinate system; an examination image data input means input with second image data of the subject acquired based on a second display space coordinate system within a second range including at least a part of the first range; a second image data conversion means for converting the second image data into the first display space coordinate system and providing converted second image data; a data composition means for composing the converted second image data with the first image data; and a display means for displaying the result composed by the data composition meas.
