PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyan toner capable of obtaining stable images having no occurrence of development stripe even when a print speed is a high speed and a great number of sheets are printed over a long period. SOLUTION: The cyan toner contains cyan toner particles having a binder resin, a cyan coloring agent, a wax component, and a sulfonic acid polymer. An average degree of circularity of the cyan toner is 0.970 or more, a degree of mode circularity is 0.99 or more, and an agglomeration degree is in a range of 3-15%. When the cyan toner particles are classified into cyan toner particles (MF), cyan toner particles (MM), and cyan toner particles (MG), in piece number reference particle diameter distribution in 0.6-200μm of a circularity equivalent diameter measured with a flow particle image measuring device, B×(C/(πa<SP>2</SP>))×10<SP>-2</SP>≤8.90×10<SP>-2</SP>(J/gμm<SP>2</SP>) when a circularity equivalent average diameter in piece number reference of the particles (MF) is (a), toner particle rate in which a circularity equivalent diameter is 1.98μm or less is (B), and the maximum heat absorption peak areaΔH (J/g) in a temperature range of 50-150°C in a heat absorption chart in temperature increase measured with a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of the particles (MF) is C.
