PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deterioration in the beauty of a building by maintaining the usable state of a fitting for a scaffold, embedded in the wall surface of the building. SOLUTION: A scaffold bolt used for fixing a temporary scaffold is detached from the fitting 1 for the scaffold, which is embedded in a wall section 11, and a covering bolt 2 is screwed into the thread groove 1b of the fitting 1 by using a hexagonal wrench for an operating hole 2b provided in a head portion 2a. After the fixing of the covering bolt 2, an insertion sleeve 4d, which is fitted with a cover member 4a, is inserted into the operating hole 2b which is provided in the covering bolt 2. Thus, since the cover member 4a is coated in a color and a pattern, similar to those of the wall section 11, by making the cover member 4a cover an embedment hole 12, a position to embed the fitting 1 can be camouflaged.
