PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of an engine-driven chainsaw to be used in forest management and an engine-driven grass mower to be used in grass mowing work on a mountain and field having the danger in the work in a noisy environment accompanying scattering materials caused by insufficient noise insulation of engine noise and, consequently, inducing the following problems that, in order to perform the noisy environment work, it is desirable to wear a noise-insulation earmuff in addition to a helmet having a shield for safety, however, the wearing of the earmuff is frequently neglected due to troublesome action to wear and remove the earmuff to unconciously advance the hearing loss. SOLUTION: When a shield 18 attached to a helmet is lifted, an earmuff frame 3 is lifted by a tension arm 2, moved on a pole 4 and turned backward from the helmet to hold the earmuff 19 behind the helmet 20. When the shield 18 is lowered, a pressure is applied to a slide bar 14 of the earmuff frame 3 by a spring hook 7 stretched from both sides by a front spring 6 and a back spring 8 and the earmuff 19 is pressed against the ear with an appropriate pressure.
