PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisting exercise apparatus configured to apply a load and rotation with simple structure without using a spring or the like. SOLUTION: This twisting exercise apparatus is constituted by a rotary plate 1 formed with an undulating cam follower part 4 into a circular shape around a rotary shaft 5 in a back face 3, and a support base 10 fixed with cam rollers 12 adapted to abut on the cam follower part 4 when the rotary plate 1 is journaled to the rotary shaft 5 in the back face 3. In the apparatus, when the rotary plate 1 supported to the support base 10 by the underlying back face 3, the rotary plate 1 vertically vibrates according to the shape of the cam follower part 4 formed in the back face 3.
