A method for preparing the hard-boiled retort food, and the hard-boiled retort food prepared by the method are provided to prevent the generation of water during retorting process, thereby preventing the deterioration of taste. A method for preparing the hard-boiled retort food comprises the steps of mixing liquid components to prepare the hard-boiling solution; mixing powder components to prepare the hard-boiling powder; putting the hard-boiling material and the hard-boiling solution in a container and firstly hard-boiling it; putting the firstly hard-boiled one and the hard-boiling powder in a retort pouch and sealing the pouch; and secondly hard-boiling the sealed pouch in a pot with a high temperature and a high pressure. |
