TRANSFERRED ACCOUNT METHOD AND SYSTEM BY PROVIDING AN ADVERTISING SMIL MESSAGE FRAMEWORK

A method and a system for billing data transfer for providing an AD(Advertisement) SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integrated Language) message framework merchandizing an SMIL message framework are provided to maximize AD effect by using a frequently used mobile message as an AD tool. An SMIL message made in a framework including AD is received from a calling terminal(1010). Billing information including a billing target for transfer of the SMIL message is generated by recognizing that the received SMIL message is made with the framework including the AD by using predetermined SMIL message framework information(1050). The billing information is transferred to a billing device to process billing(1060).
