A variable staircase wall form is provided to reduce the cost of materials by reusing after dismantlement, and to reduce environmental contamination by restraining the generation of wastes. A variable staircase wall form for forming a wall of a staircase(1) includes a body board(10) added with a reinforcement material corresponding to the width of a staircase and having fastening holes on the border at regular intervals and opened upward or downward, a variable board(30) mounted to be slidable to the upper part or the lower part of the body board to be length-adjustable, and a fastener adhering the variable board closely to the body board to fix the variable length.
