A source driver circuit and a liquid crystal display including the source driver circuit are provided to reduce the power source noise level and to improve the EMI property by dispersing the power noise frequency component of the source driver circuit. A source driver circuit(1000) comprises a random number generator(1100) and a plurality of source drivers(1210,1220,1230,1240). The random number generation unit provides the random number of M (M is the natural number more than 2) bit. The enable source driver in which the enable signal is applied receives the system clock. The enable source driver generates the normal clock without delay. The disable source driver in which the enable signal is not applied receives the system clock. The disable source driver generates the delay clock delayed based on the random number of M bit. Each source driver includes a switch, a delay and a clock buffer. The switch receives the system clock and decides the output direction of the system clock. The clock buffer receives the normal clock or the delay clock.
