A heating enamel coated heat resistance pot for cooking food and manufacturing method thereof are provided to rapidly boil the food by improving thermal efficiency. A manufacturing method for a heating enamel coated heat resistance pot for cooking food comprises a step of mixing and kneading clay and terra alba(ST 1), a step of molding a shape for containing food with the kneaded material(ST 2), a step of first heating the food container(ST 3), a step of coating an inside surface of the food container with heating enamel(ST 4) and a step of second heating the food container which is coated with the heating enamel(ST 5). The heating enamel made by mixing powdery component and water to the rate of 40:60 wt%.
