A rotating type on/off plug is provided to rotate only a plug by a rotative plug, thereby separating a contact point between an outlet and the plug. A protrusion(14) is formed in one side of an inner main wall of an insertion groove(12). In a lower part of a middle plug(5), a middle jack(18) is formed. A jack hole piece(21) of metal having a jack hole(22) is formed in an inner side of the insertion groove. A vertical groove(24) including an opened lower part is formed in one side of a circumference portion. A horizontal groove(26) connected to the vertical groove is formed in the circumference portion. A lamp(28) is laid in an inner side of a rotating body(20).
