A ubiquitous power save guide apparatus is provided to alarm earthquake or emergency by including a power save inductive unit having an earthquake detecting function. A ubiquitous power save guide apparatus comprises a power save inductive unit, a display unit(102), a manipulation part(103) and a communications unit(160). The power save inductive unit provides information related to power save and information of power save induction which are set up in advance in response to power source use sensing signals. The manipulation part and the display unit are connected to the power save inductive unit. The manipulation part and the display unit provide the multimedia information and power save information in response to the screen touch manipulation. The communications unit links between the power save inductive unit and an external communications network. The communications unit sends and receives power save information and multimedia information with an external terminal. The power save inductive unit is connected to a distribution part and a coil part for regulation of voltage. The distribution part distributes household power.
