METHOD FOR SEARCHING OF WIRLESS LOCAL AREA NETWORK DEVICE IN PORTABLE TERMINAL

A device searching method for wireless LAN network in a portable terminal in which the convenience of a user is improved is provided to reduce the inconvenience of a user connected by selecting a desired device by searching a category on a category list. A controller converts into a bluetooth communications mode(301). The controller inspects whether the controller senses the request searching the bluetooth devices(302). When request is sensed, the controller executes the mode searching device in the bluetooth communications mode. Each category included in the category list stores the information of the target devices in the memory unit. The controller senses one selection from a user on the category list. The peripheral device searching the bluetooth communications is started to by using the bluetooth module.
