<p>A broadcasting receiver, an interfacing method, a data transmitting method and a data processing method are provided to supply backward compatibility that information is effectively transferred/received between a host and a card. An interfacing method between a host and a cable card comprises the following processes. According to a request, a session between the cable card and the host is opened. Information setting up an IP mode in the host by using the session is transmitted. The session is the session of an extended channel support resource. The session is the session of a DSG(DOCSIS Settop Gateway) resource.</p> |
