Compounds represented by general formula (I), in which R1, R2, R3 each other independently selected from H, OH, F, Cl, Br, methoxy and ethoxy; alterative R1and R2 forms -OCH2O-together,R3 selected from H, OH, methoxy, ethoxy and halo; R4 selected from OH or acyloxy; R5 selected from cycloalkoxy, amino, and substituted amino, and when R5 represents amino, R1, R2, R3 don't represent H at same time. A process for preparing compounds represented by general formula (I) and usage thereof for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
