An objective lens, an optical pick-up and an optical disk apparatus are provided to simplify the configuration by condensing light beam on the signal recording surface through the emission part and the diffraction part of the objective lens. An optical pick-up comprises a first emission part emitting beam of first wavelength corresponding to a first optical disk, a second emission part emitting beam of second wavelength greater than the first wavelength corresponding to a second optical disk different from the first optical disk, a third emission part emitting beam of third wavelength greater than the second wavelength corresponding to a third optical disk different from the first and the second optical disk, an objective lens(34) condensing the beam emitted from the first to the third emission parts on the signal recording surface of the optical disk, and a diffraction part(50) installed on an optical element arranged on the optical path of the beam of the first to the third wavelength or one side of the objective lens.
