A soundproof wall structure with improved waterproofing and water intercepting functions is provided to improve waterproofing capacity between an upper plate and a soundproof wall, and to reduce the whole dead weight by forming hollows in an upper plate, a girder and a soundproof wall. A soundproof wall structure with improved waterproofing and water intercepting functions comprises an upper plate(210) and a girder composed of many segments pre-manufactured with precast, a soundproof wall(300) settled on two longitudinal ends of the upper plate and pre-manufactured with precast to be assembled, a connecting hole(272) opened upward and downward and formed on the upper plate contacted with the lower part of the soundproof wall, a connecting bolt(315) coupled integrally to the lower part of the soundproof wall and penetrated the connecting hole, and a connecting nut(325) integrating the soundproof wall with the upper plate.
