MONITERING METHOD OF GRAM-POSITIVE BACTERIA IN ACTIVATED SLUDGE

A monitoring method of Gram-positive bacteria in the active sludge is provided to improve monitoring convenience by measuring the color change of RGB(red, green, blue) value, thereby improving convenience of wastewater treatment process management. The monitoring method of Gram-positive bacteria in the active sludge comprises the steps of: mixing the active sludge in a manner of bead-beating to minimize the floc and filtering it with filter; dyeing the filter to which the bacteria existing in the active sludge after filtering is adhered; bleaching and drying the dyed filter; and analyzing the RGB value of the filter.
