A control valve of a variable displacement compressor is provided to improve operation reliability and durability by modifying the structure of main parts. A bellows(10) is formed in a corrugated cylindrical structure with an opened end, wherein the opened end has a protrusion part(12) folded in the shape of L. A rod is mounted via a guide(22) and a spring(25). A head(30) has a vertical groove(32) for receiving the opened end of the bellows and supports the rod in the center. A welding ring(40) is received and welded into a horizontal groove(35) of the head for generating joining force.
