<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in damping characteristics though having excellent strength characteristics and heat resistance, a tubular body comprising using it and to obtain a golf shaft and a fishing rod using the tubular body. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate includes a fiber reinforced composite material layer, which comprises reinforcing fibers and a thermosetting resin, and a damping resin layer and characterized in that the dynamic rigidity of the damping resin layer at 25°C is 0.1-40 MPa and the loss coefficient (tanδ) thereof is 0.04-10.
