<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management system by which a parking coupon is repeatedly used; and a parking state such as time at entering the parking lot, parking time, and a parking fee is easily exactly confirmed at a comparatively low cost by a user of parking lot at hand without providing the parking coupon with an expensive function such as a display. <P>SOLUTION: The parking coupon code-added parking coupon TK is issued when a vehicle enters the parking lot. The parking coupon code and the time at entering the parking lot are stored in the storage section 12 of a parking information management device 1.
