A method of manufacturing a gypsum building material for indoor is provided to improve blood circulation, to prevent atopic disease and adult chronic disease, to have a fomentation effect and analgesic property, to accelerate metabolism, to recover fatigue, to discharge waste and to activate cells. A method of manufacturing a gypsum building material for indoor comprises steps of: adding natural stone of 30-40% based on weight of the gypsum in the gypsum and diluting the gypsum; evenly mixing the gypsum, vermiculite and anti-swelling agent and adding water; inserting it into a mold frame at a liquid state and hardening firmly it at a solid-state after passing a predetermined time.
